NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND UPDATE ON BROAD-BASED BLACK
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ACT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Annual Report incorporating,
inter alia, the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2021 (“AFS”) and a notice of Annual General Meeting, will be made available
on the Company’s website (www.telemasters.co.za) today, 29 October 2021, and will be
posted to shareholders on Tuesday, 2 November 2021.
The AFS, as audited by the Company’s auditors Nexia SAB&T who expressed an
unmodified audit opinion thereon, contain no modifications to the reviewed provisional
condensed consolidated financial statements published on SENS on 30 September 2021.
The full auditor’s report includes details of key audit matters. The Integrated Annual
Report, incorporating the AFS and the audit opinion referring to the key audit matters, is
available for viewing on the Company’s website, www.telemasters.co.za.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at
09h30 on Friday, 10 December 2021 at the offices of TeleMasters’ wholly-owned
subsidiary, Catalytic Connections (Pty) Ltd, ATT House 2, Maxwell Office Park, Magwa
Crescent, Waterfall City, Johannesburg.
Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in
the Company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the Annual General
Meeting is Friday, 26 November 2021. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote
at the Annual General Meeting will be Tuesday, 23 November 2021.
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act: Annual Compliance Report
Shareholders are hereby notified that the Company’s report on its compliance with
Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”) is currently being processed and
will be made available on the Company’s website as soon as its updated B-BBEE
certificate has been received. Shareholders will be advised of the publication of this
report by way of a separate announcement.
