FORM OF PROXY CLARIFICATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 22 September and
specifically to the notice of annual general meeting (“Notice”) and the Form of Proxy incorporated in Putprop’s
integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June 2021, as distributed to shareholders on Wednesday,
29 September 2021.
Shareholder should refer to ordinary resolution numbers 3.2 and 3.3 set out in the Notice and are advised that
such ordinary resolutions are not, as specified in the Form of Proxy, subject to the passing of ordinary resolution
numbers 1 and 2, respectively. Ordinary resolution number 3.1 is however, subject to the passing of ordinary
resolution number 1.
The aforementioned does not affect the validity of any Form of Proxy already submitted or to be submitted in
respect of all resolutions to be presented at the annual general meeting of Putprop to be held at 11:30 on
Thursday, 4 November 2021.
