WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on 26 August 2021
as well as the Firm Intention Announcement published on 29 October 2021, whereby
shareholders were advised that the Company has now received a firm offer from The
Consortium to acquire all of the ordinary shares in the Company not already owned by it
at R2.10 per share.
Accordingly, the cautionary announcement is now withdrawn.
