CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The board of directors of Redefine (the “board”) is pleased to announce that Ms Anda Matwa has been
appointed as company secretary of Redefine, replacing Ms Thembekile Dube, with effect from 1 December 2021.
Ms Matwa holds a BCom Philosophy, Politics & Economics degree from the University of Cape Town, a
Master of Science degree in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster, as-well-
as a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law and a Higher Diploma in Tax, both from the University of
Johannesburg. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) through the University of South
Africa. Ms Matwa has over 12 years’ experience in corporate governance within the JSE-listed environment
and has international experience in Africa, the Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining
Redefine, Ms Matwa served as company secretary at Attacq Limited and before then as group assistant
company secretary at Omnia Holdings Limited.
The board would like to welcome Anda to the role and would like to thank Ms Thembekile Dube for fulfilling
the duties of acting company secretary since April 2021.
