1nvestRhodium debentures at an approximate issue price of R2,127.9388 per additional
1nvestRhodium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 47.508 fine troy
ounces of Rhodium.
After the additional issue, there will be 180,905 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,733.883 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
