CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Finbond wishes to advise
shareholders of the resignation of Mr Herman Kotzé as non-executive director of Finbond, effective
immediately.
Mr Danie Pentz will replace Mr Kotzé on Finbond’s Risk Committee.
Finbond thanks Mr Kotzé for his contributions over the years and wishes Mr Kotzé well with his
current and future endeavours.
