The Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that the tabling of the 2021-2022 mid-term budget review (“Mid-Term
Budget Review”) has taken place today, 3 November 2021.
The Mid-Term Budget Review is available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and will be made
available on the following website https://mof.gov.na/budget.
