CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – CLARIFICATION AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 29 October 2021 wherein shareholders
were notified that the board of directors of Pembury (“the Board”) had, inter alia, appointed Mr Devon Walker
as Financial Director of the Company. Shareholders are advised that Mr Walker has notified the Company
that he is no longer available to fill the position as Financial Director.
Accordingly, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the Board
hereby notifies its shareholders that the function of Mr Thabo Tshepuwane has changed from that of an
independent non-executive director and Chairperson of the Audit and Risk committee to Financial Director of
the Company, with effect from 1 December 2021.
Shareholders will be notified of further appointments to the Board in due course.
