CAUTIONARY RENEWAL
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary renewal announcement published on SENS dated 17
September 2021 in terms of which the board of the Company (“Board”) advised shareholders of a strategic
review being an undertaking by the Board, aimed at assessing the viability of the Company to operate as
a listed holding company (“Strategic Review”).
Furthermore, the Board wishes to refer shareholders to the cautionary statement published on 27
September 2021 advising that one of African Sun Limited’s lessors have initiated a tender process in
respect of one of its current hotel leases (“Tender Process”).
Shareholders are advised that the Strategic Review and Tender Process is still ongoing, which may have
a material impact on the price at which the Company’s shares trade.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in their Arden Capital
shares until a further announcement is made.
