As stated in the financial results for the year ended 31 March 2021 released on 13 July
2021, THL continues to consider a number of strategic options to reduce debt to a
sustainable level and further unlock shareholder value.
The Company is in discussions regarding various initiatives directed at the reduction
of debt, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s shares. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s shares until a further announcement is made.
