LISTING OF THE SATRIX CAPPED ALL SHARE ETF (“THE PORTFOLIO”) - STXCAP
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 8 November
2021 regarding the conversion ratio and the number of issued
securities from the initial public offering for subscription to the
portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the
listing of the portfolio.
Issued securities and listing
Satrix Capped All Share ETF will issue 1 279 427 (One Million Two
hundred and Seventy Nine thousand Four hundred and Twenty Seven)
securities, comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions,
to list on the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of
the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R34.07 per
security, to commence trading on Wednesday, 10 November 2021.
