APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements
shareholders are advised that Mrs. Anita Cupido has been
appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Astral
Foods with effect from 10 November 2021.
Mrs. Cupido holds a BA (HE); BA Hons; BB&A; MBA; MPhil
Coaching. She has over 28 years’ experience in consulting and
coaching, corporate experience across FMCG, retail, insurance,
banking and education. She is a strategist designer
facilitator, stakeholder engager and executor in the areas of
business strategy, executive human resources, organisation
development, team effectiveness, leadership development,
executive coaching, change management and client experience.
Mrs. Cupido is currently an Independent Organisation
Development Consultant, Facilitator and executive coach.
