The Issuer invites bondholders to a video conference meeting on
Tuesday 7th December at 14:00 to introduce a possible refinance
proposed by CPV1 Power Plant No 1 (Pty) Ltd (the Project), and to give
bondholders the opportunity to discuss the proposal. Please contact
