DESPATCH OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
MC Mining Limited (the “Company”), the coal exploration,
development and mining company operating in South Africa,
announces that its Notice of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)
(“Notice of AGM”) and accompanying proxy for the meeting have
been posted to shareholders. The record date to participate and
vote at the AGM is Friday,3 December 2021.The proxy voting forms
must by submitted by 10:00am on Friday, 10 December 2021.
These documents are available on
the Company’s website www.mcmining.co.za.
The Company’s AGM will be held at 10:00 a.m. (London time) on
14 December 2021 as a virtual meeting by way of a live webcast.
Details on how to attend the Company’s AGM are contained in the
Notice of AGM.
This announcement has been approved by the Company’s Disclosure
Committee.
