CHANGE IN COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders of the Company
are advised that, following the retirement of Ms BJ Memela-Khambula as a director and chair of the Social,
Ethics and Transformation Committee (Setco) on 3 September 2021, the Board appointed Mr AM Mazwai
as a member and chair of the Setco with effect from today.
Mr Mazwai has been a director of the Company since 9 November 2020.
