CHANGE TO THE CURRO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Equity Listings Requirements and
paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, respectively, the board of directors
of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Tsholofelo Molefe (“Tsholo”), has
resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, as well as member of
the audit and risk committee of the Company, with effect from 19 November 2021.
The Board would like to thank Tsholo for her contribution to the Company and wishes her
well in her future endeavours.
