shareholders are advised that Dorena (Bibi) Goss-Ross, currently serving as an alternate director to Gerhard
van Emmenis (Chief Executive Officer), has been appointment as the managing director of Advanced Health
South Africa Proprietary Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Health), as well as to the Advanced
Health board as an executive director, with effect from 1 December 2021.
