RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mr Udo Lucht, who was appointed as a non-executive director on 1 September 2019, has
resigned from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) with effect from Wednesday,
24 November 2021.
The Chairman of the Board as well as the Board express their gratitude to Mr Lucht for his valuable
contribution to the Board and the Company during his tenure with RBPlat.
