RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr. Andrew Murray Thompson has resigned as an independent non-
executive director of Mpact, and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and member
of the Social and Ethics Committee, effective 30 November 2021.
The Board of Directors (“the Board”) would like to thank Mr. Thompson for his valuable
contribution, dedication and commitment to the Company during his tenure.
The Board has commenced with a process to find an appropriate successor in line with its
succession planning and shareholders will be kept informed in this regard.
