REAPPOINTMENT OF TRANSNET BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Transnet hereby informs Noteholders that at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 29 October
2021, the Minister of Public Enterprises approved the reappointment of the Transnet Board of
Directors until the next AGM.
The reappointment of the Board of Directors is supportive to Transnet’s Growth and Renewal
Strategy that is currently in execution.
