CHANGE OF SPONSOR
The Company wishes to advise shareholders that further to the transaction whereby Standard Bank Group
Limited will acquire all of the issued shares of Liberty Holdings Limited, and in order to address any
independence concerns relating to The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited acting as ongoing sponsor to
L2D on the JSE Limited, the board of directors of L2D has resolved to appoint Merchantec Capital as sponsor
to the Company with effect from 1 January 2022.
