CHANGE IN AUDITORS
In October 2021 the Super Group Audit Committee embarked on a “Request for Proposals”
process in respect of external audit services.
Following the conclusion of this process, the Audit Committee has recommended, and the
board has endorsed, the proposed appointment of Ernst & Young Inc. (“EY”) as the
external auditors of Super Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2023.
This appointment of EY will be put to the shareholders of Super Group at the annual
general meeting scheduled for 29 November 2022.
KPMG Inc will conclude the audit of Super Group’s accounts in respect of the financial
year ended 30 June 2022 and will step down as auditors following the completion of the
audit work in respect of this financial year.
