COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF DELTA CITY MALL IN BELGRADE, SERBIA
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 23 September 2021 regarding the disposal by
Hystead Limited (which is 60% owned by Hyprop) of its indirect shareholding in Delta City 67 d.o.o. Beograd, which
owns Delta City Mall in Belgrade, Serbia (the “disposal”). The disposal has now been completed and the cash proceeds
from the disposal received. The net proceeds of the disposal will be used to reduce debt.
