TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), and Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, together with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Attacq has received notification from Coronation Asset Management
Proprietary Limited ("Coronation") of the acquisition of Attacq shares, on behalf of underlying clients of
Coronation, such that Coronation now holds 21.28% of Attacq’s issued shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Attacq has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
