VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – SABCAP VACCINATION POLICY
Shareholders are advised that Sabcap has a mandatory vaccination policy and 100% of its employees and
directors are now vaccinated.
Sabcap as an investment group has significant influence in most of its thirteen listed and unlisted investee
companies, which together employ over 10 000 people. Sabcap is supporting and encouraging mandatory
vaccination policies and alternatively in special situations, weekly COVID testing.
