The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 500 000 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities, at an
issue price of R7.7527 per security, with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 07
December 2021. Subsequent to this listing, there will be 71 252 103 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities in
issue.
