In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, shareholders are advised of the following:
Ninety One have notified Oceana that its beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by
its clients (collectively) has increased from 4.4577% to 5.0% of the total issued share capital of Oceana.
