RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT – SPANISH TRANSACTION
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on
SENS on 11 March 2021 and the renewal of such cautionary announcement dated
04 November 2021, wherein the Company advised that it has entered into
negotiations to dispose of a subsidiary, which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities.
The Company hereby advises that the abovementioned negotiations are
still in progress, which if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in their PFB securities until a further announcement is
made.
