Shareholders are advised that the Sabcap Investment Committee has been constituted, as envisaged in
its charter.
The Investment Committee is an ad hoc committee, activated as needed from time to time by the Board
or by Management depending, in particular, on the expected volume of new investment or funding
activities, which matters would otherwise be presented by Management directly to the Board. The
Investment Committee was last activated in 2017/2018 at the time of the ITL/Mandarin Industries and
DNI transactions.
