Shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Cressey, the Chief Financial
Officer and an executive director of the Company, has tendered his
resignation with effect from 31 December 2021.
Owen will be taking up the role of Business Unit President, Sub-Saharan
Africa, at Mondelez International LLC in January 2022.
The Board thanks Owen for the important contribution he made to the Company
during his 15-year tenure, and wishes him well in his new role at Mondelez.
A separate announcement regarding Owen’s replacement will be made
simultaneously herewith.
