NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Noteholders are advised that Premium Properties has publicly released its audited consolidated
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2021 (“Premium Properties AFS”) which is
available on Premium Properties’ guarantor, Octodec Investments Limited’s (“Octodec”) website,
https://www.octodec.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Integrated-Report-and-Annual-Financial-
Statements-2021.pdf
In addition, the integrated report, incorporating the audited consolidated annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 August 2021, of Premium Properties’ guarantor, Octodec is
available on Octodec’s website,

Both the Company’s and Octodec’s auditors have expressed unmodified audit opinions.
The abovementioned Premium Properties and Octodec documentation are available for inspection at
the registered address of the guarantor, Octodec, at CPA House, 101 Du Toit Street, Tshwane with
