Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS
on 2 July 2021 and are advised that Blayne Burke will take over
as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) with effect from 1 January
2022 and that Billy Neasham will be appointed to the board of
directors as a non-independent non-executive director, following
his retirement as CEO on 31 December 2021.
