RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Bilaal Darsot (“Bilaal”) has resigned as an executive
director from the Board of AH-Vest with immediate effect.
Bilaal has long been considering pursuing his own interests outside the larger group and
the Board would like to thank him for his many years of service and wish him well for the
future.
