CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the
following change to the board of directors of AEEI ("Board"):
Mrs Carin-Lee Masters has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Board
with effect from 1 January 2022.
Mrs Masters holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and has her honours in Psychology,
which she obtained from UCT as well as a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology which she obtained
from Rhodes University.
She currently runs her own psychotherapy practice and is a candidate psychoanalyst pursuing
advanced training in psychoanalysis with the South African Psychoanalytic Association.
The Company wishes Mrs Masters all the best in her new role.
