AVAILABILITY OF B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
The Company´s 2021 BEE certificate and the annual compliance
report required to be published in terms of section 13G(2) of
the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”)
Amendment Act No. 46 of 2013, and paragraph 16.21(g) of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements, are available on the

The Company is pleased to advise that it achieved an improved
overall level 2 B-BBEE rating status in FY21, from a level 3
in FY20.
