RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Robert Hain has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 14 January 2022. Accordingly, he has relinquished his role as
member of the social and ethics committee.
Rob has recently relocated from London to Canada, which has made his engagement with the
business challenging. The board extends its gratitude to Rob for his support and guidance
provided to the business and the executive team for the last seven years.
