CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE RISK AND CAPITAL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
This announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 6.39(c) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings
Requirements. Noteholders are advised of the following change to the African Bank Holdings Limited
(“ABH”) Risk and Capital Management Committee (“RCMC”), which Committee also acts on behalf of the
Bank:
The appointment of Prof Hemmanth (Herman) Singh (“Prof Singh”) as a member to the
RCMC with effect from 13 January 2022 to enhance the skills thereon. Prof Singh is a
new independent non-executive director who was appointed to the Board on 21
December 2021..
The RCMC will comprise of the following members:
• Mr Peter Temple (Chairperson),
• Mr Spyridon (Spiro) Georgopoulos,
• Mr Robert Hutchinson-Keip, and
• Prof Hemmanth (Herman) Singh.
