ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO TIMING FOR PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement issued by the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on 17 January
2022 relating to the delay in the publication of Oceana’s provisional financial statements (“Provisional
Report”).
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, Oceana must publish its Provisional Report by 31
January 2022. This announcement serves to advise that the board of directors of Oceana is
confident that it will be able to comply with the aforesaid obligation by 31 January 2022.
