RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 3 December 2021 (and using
the terms defined therein), relating to the Non-Binding Expression of Interest in respect of a possible transaction
to acquire a minority shareholding in ARB (being all the issued shares in ARB excluding those held by the
current controlling shareholder and its associates) by way of a scheme of arrangement, and the subsequent
delisting of the Company.
Shareholders are advised that the process is still ongoing which, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company’s securities, and accordingly shareholders should continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
