RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday,
20 January 2022 (in terms of the notice dispatched on Tuesday, 14 December 2021) the resolution
tabled thereat was passed by the requisite majority of Redefine shareholders.
Details of the results of voting at the general meeting are as follows:
- total number of Redefine shares in issue as at the date of the general meeting: 6 080 268 413
(including 5 876 766 treasury shares);
- total number of Redefine shares that could have been voted at the general meeting:
6 074 391 647 (excluding 5 876 766 treasury shares); and
- total number of Redefine shares that were present/represented at the general meeting:
5 086 811 261, being 83.74% of the total number of Redefine shares that could have been
voted at the general meeting.
Ordinary resolution: Placing an additional 1 135 037 043 additional shares under the control of the
directors
