OBITUARY – JOHN EDWARDS
The Board of Directors of CMH regrets to advise that former chairman JTM (John) Edwards passed away
in Somerset, England over the weekend.
John’s association with CMH stretches back to 1978 when he was the Group audit partner at Price
Waterhouse. He was audit advisor when the Group listed in 1987.
After his retirement from the auditing profession, John joined the Board of CMH and chaired various
committees. He was appointed chairman in 2013 and held that position until 2018.
John was a true gentleman who will be fondly remembered.
