APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND MEMBER OF AUDIT AND
RISK COMMITTEE
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Donald Gert Wilson has been appointed to
Mpact's Board of Directors ("the Board") as an Independent Non-executive
Director, with effect from 27 January 2022.
Donald was previously Executive Director: Finance of Sappi Limited and
Finance Director of Barloworld Limited. He currently serves as a Non-
executive Director of Tiger Brands Limited.
In addition, Donald will be appointed as a member of Mpact's Audit and Risk
Committee.
The Board is very pleased to welcome Donald and looks forward to his
contribution to the Company.
