Change in Debt Officer
In compliance with the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, debt holders are advised that Mr
Andre Pillay has resigned as Debt Officer of the Company with effect from 30 April 2022 as he is leaving
Telkom to pursue other interests.
Following the aforementioned resignation, Telkom has commenced a process to appoint a new Debt
Officer and a further SENS announcement will be issued as soon as the Board has finalised such
appointment.
