CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Mr Chieh-Fu (Jeff) Chen has resigned as a director of the Company with
effect from 27 January 2022. Mr Chen’s alternate director, Mr Chi-Chang Liu, has also
resigned effective from the same date.
The Board wishes Messrs Chen and Liu all the best with their future endeavours.
