Change in debt officer
In compliance with 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, eThekwini advises that Dr Krish
Kumar will be retiring from his position as debt officer of the Municipality with effect from 31 January
2022. Accordingly, Mr Sandile Mnguni, the Chief Financial Officer of eThekwini has been appointed as
the new debt officer of eThekwini effective from 1 February 2022.
The Accounting officer of eThekwini confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the
competence, qualifications and experience of the new debt officer.
