RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 20 December 2021 (and
using the terms defined therein) relating to the potential delisting of the Company’s Shares from the securities
exchange operated by the JSE, accompanied by a cash offer of R3.30 per Share (“the Proposed
Transaction”).
If the Proposed Transaction is successfully concluded, it may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
