Delay in interest payment and capital redemption
Bondholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 26 January 2022 relating to:
• an interest payment for DENG99 in the amount of R688,440.55; and
• an interest payment and capital redemption for DNG104 in the total amount of
R107,809,051.92,
and are advised that Denel has experienced a delay in the processing of the aforementioned
payments, which were due on 31 January 2022.
Denel and its shareholder are currently finalising the necessary approvals for the payments which
will be made as soon as the approvals are in place.
