the Issuer hereby notifies noteholders that it has received a referral notice from the Competition
Commission on allegations of collusive behaviour (“Notice”).
We have acknowledged the Notice and are in consultation with our advisors on the matter. A further
announcement will be made on SENS as and when the matter progresses.
