The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 500 000 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities, at an
issue price of R7.9246 per security, with effect from commencement of business on Monday, 07
February 2022. Subsequent to this listing, there will be 72 652 103 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities in
issue.
