CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Debtholders are advised that Mr Gerard Kemp has retired from the board of directors (“the Board”)
of Octodec Investments Limited (“Octodec”), being the guarantor of Premium Properties, following
the conclusion of Octodec’s annual general meeting on 4 February 2022.
The Board thanks Mr Kemp for his services to the Octodec Board over the years and wishes him well
with his future endeavours.
